For a company to be successful, it is important to hire qualified individuals.  A company’s recruitment process must include identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring and onboarding employees.

In my management roles, I have been involved in recruitment activities. These activities have included:

  • Identifying company staff needs

  • Developing job posting requirements

  • Reviewing candidate resumes

  • Scheduling and conducting interviews

  • Training new staff

  • Managing staff during day-to-day operations
